Etchant for aluminum alloys A6061 and A6063

I am a college student, I am doing my final year project regarding to heat treatment on aluminum alloys A6061 and A6063. But I meet the problem to find the etchant for both aluminum alloys in raw material form to see their microstructures.What types of etchant can be used and their compositions?
