Non conductive coating on brass

I am looking for a inexpensive process and/or material that would put a non-conductive protective surface/coating on a brass eyelet used in automotive connector systems.

Any other requirements in mind, Lisa? Paint, powder coat, teflon, lacquer, plastisol, e-coat, and maybe even chocolate dipping are still in the running so far :-)
