Chrome plating plastic artwork

I have a request to produce 1000 fortune cookies chrome plated. Is there any way of casting them in plastic with a lot of copper powder, or just in plastic, then chrome plating them? thank you, I look forward to some suggestions.

The vast majority of shiny automotive grills, headlight fascias, and tail light surrounds are chrome plated plastic, Vanessa, so it is no particular problem. You just need to make the items of a plateable grade of plastic, preferably plateable ABS or possibly plateable nylon or polypropylene, and find a plating shops that chrome plates plastic.
