I'm looking for an analysis that will give me the concentration of SULFO SALICYLIC ACID, if possible by titration. I have hat problems finding an analysis elsewhere, and we would like to have at better fix on the concentration in our baths.

5ssa can be titrated photometrically by ferric chloride ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] . To start first try to create calibration curve by concentration and dilution of 5SSA from .5 to 3 mg/l by .5 mg increment. using 3% Cl3Fe in buffered 6-7 ph .
