ELD of Cobalt onto nickel plated dots (400nm dia.)

I have a Si substrate coated with a Cr layer. There are Ni dots (200nm diameter) deposited on the Cr layer. Now I want to enlarge the dots to 400nm in diameter with Co by ELD. Can I have a protocol for the process?
