Process for making air-drying basecoat for vacuum metallizing on plastic

We have vacuum metallizing plant for plastic(generally polystyrene and ABS) we are using base coat curing at 70C for 3 hours.We want to make air-drying base coat for our personal use (not for sale in market) can any good fellow help in this regard?
