Seeking Facility in the midwest to perform Black Oxide Finish

I am a small job shop with an increasing demand to finish parts in Black Oxide. I am currently seeking a facility to do small runs (min lots on 99.9% of my work) of Black Oxide finish. Looking in Iowa to keep freight cost down but IL,WI, MN are also locations I will consider.
