Hallo Rathod,

If you can give us more details about what metal you try to apply and which wire you are using to hang the parts?

a.Did your supplier gave you the data sheets?
b.electroclean your job or ultrasonic and see there should be no water breaks
c. water rinse
d. water rinse
e. 5% sulfuric acid dip
f. DI water rinse g. use voltage 2to4 depends on parts how big.

The way I use it comes bright white and mirror finish no problem at all but if you put high current then it'll look dull. please tell us how long you are doing Rh plating business?

Good luck.

If you are plating copper out of your rhodium bath you must have copper in your bath. It makes sense that copper will plate out in low current areas.
