Flexible pcbs: low ductility in acid copper

Dear sir,

I get problem of cracking (low ductility) in acid copper plating during flexible PCB plating. Please guide to use which composition of acid copper bath.

Mr Joshi,

Selection of the right organic chemistry AND correct bath composition will get results. Using organics designed for PTH chemistry may not help. Flexible circuits use different organics. Please consult a supplier that knows Flexible Copper first, then you will be closer to the right answer.
