Solder dipping

I am new engineer at solder process. The skin of leadwire of bridge diode has mottled color after curing from resin molding.(150c) But after solder dipping, 63/37, It is beautiful skin. I checked the dross on pots, have no, so that, I want to know the technique of solder dipping.
