Okay, this may be a stupid question, but here goes nothing. Can aluminum be galvanized, or zinc-plated.

I don't think it can be hot dip galvanized, but yes it can be zinc plated.
This may be a stupid question, too, Coty, but why do you want to know? Because the answer to nearly every question of the form "Can x be done?" is "Yes, but...". It is very difficult to properly expand upon the "but..." when the question is abstract. Aluminum can be zinc plated but...
