Corrosion protection for 6063/6060-T5 aluminum tubes for hot household water

What would be the best solution to provide corrosion protection for 6063/6060-T5 aluminum tubes/hollow shapes with internal ribs for hot (up to 90 °C) hard tapped household water environment? Would PTFE immersion coatings be appropriate or recommended? Is it possible to coat the internal surface only (by masking an external surface)?
