Measuring thickness of individual layers of triplex nickel

Is measurement of different Nickel layers (Triple Nickel) by Ultrasonic method possible, or is any other NDT technique available?

Coulometric Testing of Tri Nickel is an accepted practice . STEP test is also possible . Distinct readings of the three layers is entirely possible. The instrument you need is made in the USA and sold by a well known maker in Chicago. Look for makers of Coulometric Thickness test instruments with a STEP test function.
