Re-galvanizing by painting

I was thinking of painting my galvanized boat trailer because of some rust stains. Should I use some type of galvanized paint or is this not possible?

There are zinc-rich paints sometimes called cold galvanizing compound ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] . They will give you a gray color and some corrosion resistance, but they are not the equal of galvanizing.
