Faulty porcelain finish

what would be factors that would cause porcelain to pop off after it comes out of the furnace? I have no clue myself but it occurs in cycles of: OK for a few weeks, then it starts again, and I was wondering if humidity played any part--for it seems that pop-off is higher if it rains.

Thanks ,

Are you applying your porcelain wet or dry electrostatically?
