Catalytic ink, with palladium, to plate electroless nickel

What I need is: a catalytic ink, with palladium, to plate electroless nickel, to be screened over a polyester sheet. The Brasilian telephone card is a Brasilian patent. Only in Brasil you will find it. I can supply information about the process and the market potential if someone has such ink, nickel ink too. I worked for such industries for 10 years and today I'm an agent giving technical service for the telephone cards industries and Printed Circuit Boards, in the last one I'm working with conductive polymer.

Best Regards,
