Stainless/aluminum electro reaction

We are considering using a product made of cast aluminum which is machined and tapped(threaded) into which a threaded stainless pin will be inserted.

Should I worry about a electro reaction between the two materials?

You do not say what the end-use will be, but in general I would have a concern about the risk of corrosion.

Risk of corrosion IF the two metals are connected by an electrically conductive liquid away from the mechanical joint. No risk of corrosion if the service environment is dry.
