Who is registered owner of proprietary procedure of ALOCROM

Alodine is a registered trade name for the proprietary procedure owned by Parker-Amchem, Henkel Corp. Patented by Henkel surface Technology. Can anyone tell me who is the registered owner of the proprietary procedure of ALOCROM? I have a feeling it may be ICI Chemicals UK. I know both products do the same thing, within their product numbering system i.e., 600, 1000, 1200 etc.
