Seeking information concerning Cylinder (nikasil) plating? We presently own plating set-up (old toilet accessories plating setup). We would appreciate any heads-up info concerning this process from cleaning to plating?

You are inquiring about nickel-silicon carbide plating, and Nikasil is one trade name for it. You would license this process from a patent holder/licensor who will tell you the details of how to set up a line for nickel-silicon carbide plating. Since you already know plating, the cleaning and pretreatment will not be new to you, only the details of how to operate the nickel plating tank itself.
