-----LACQUERING BLACK ANODIZE
WE HAVE THE NEED TO BLACK ANODIZE SEVERAL DIFFERENT ALLOYS, THE FINAL COLORS MUST MATCH. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS A PROCESS WHERE PARTS ARE "BLACK lacquerED AFTER SEALING". WE HAVE SEEN PARTS THAT APPEAR TO BEAR THIS OUT. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

"Black Lacquering" doesn't make a lot of sense in this day of emmission standards . Don't know what the wear factor is on your substrate but you may want to try a waterbourne -catalyzed polyurethane acrylate. This product bonds to aluminum without a primer and has excellent uv protection and abrasion resistance and the highest elasticity of any acrlyic made.
