Phosphoric acid anodising of aluminium

Has anyone any information on anodising aluminium using phosphoric acid based electrolytes. Namely; concentration, current density, voltage, temperature. What are the characteristics of the film?

I did a lit search a while back and easily came up with a hundred aticles on the subject. PAA gives a very porous film and is used primarily for adhesive bonding. Boeing licenses their BAC 5555 version of the process.
