Rhodium plating on gold cables

I am looking for a more efficient process of cleaning and rhodium plating gold wire cables of the following dimensions: 16 - 20 inches long, and 0.55 - 1.35 milemeters in diameter. Right now, we are succeeding in processing only one item at a time. I am looking for a method by which we could do at least five or ten, or even twenty or more, items at a time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How thick a coating do you need? Is each wire done separately now? Have you looked at any PVD methods?
