Standards for diffusible or residual hydrogen

I Know standards to determine the diffusible hydrogen in welds, but I want to know any standard to determine the hydrogen that exist (diffusible or residual hydrogen) in the metal of and old equipment that work in a hydrogen ambient.

The Barnacle test method described in ASTM F1113 or ISO 15724 is not specific to welds. You can obtain these standards directly from ASTM or ISO, or from Global Engineering Documents.
