Magnetic Properties induced into stainless steel thru cold work

Our business is flowforming, which is an advanced, cold forming process used to form seamless tubes. When we flowform 316 Stainless, 718 Inconel or Nitronic materials the parts become slightly magnetic. I tried to de-magnetize these tubes but was unsuccessful. Can these cold worked tubes be de-magnetized somehow?

Try heat treating the magnetised material.

Degaussing equipment has to be operated in a very precise manner. Sometimes, 1 pass in not enough. Also, the equipment has to not only be large enough to accept the parts, it also has to have a force field strong enough to do the job.
