What should be the thickness for Control panel cabinets to be kept in house.

Hi Atul,

This question is quite difficult to answer, it depends on a number of aspects such as the type of powder you are using. The standard recommendation is between 50 and 70 microns.

As Drew states 60 ±10 microns for general run of customers. Special colours for one client why not try to replicate what your customer on average obtains from his plant. This could be as high as 100 microns. Just a thought.
