-----Electroless copper for PCB (PTH)
2004
Hello:
Please answer my question: for electroplating on epoxy or PCB (ELECTRONIC BOARDS) a solution uses for electroless copper. This solution is made with tin chloride; palladium chloride; hydrochloric acid & sodium chloride. In this step a complex of tin and palladium with chloride ion covers the epoxy. After this step a solution which is made of hydrochloric acid(10%) stripping a layer of tin and palladium ion (is negative ion)unless is on it. After this step the epoxy in the solution of electroless copper is covered with copper. My question is for knowing what amounts of palladium chloride & tin chloride & sodium chloride with titration (in the chemistry) how I must to do and this work with -EDTA Na2 H2- is been?
Thanks.

Hello Mr. Alipoor. Unfortunately, the information you are seeking is probably considered trade secret knowledge rather than generic chemistry.
