Paint peel off from cast iron object
The problem is Paint peels off from cast iron object. We first phosphate it abd then apply paint. Hoever in some 5-6% of cases the paint fails to stick on part of the object and peels off.

It's hard to say, but they are probably not clean. Try scrubbing a number with pumice

This is clearly a pre-cleaning issue. Clean it with a good detergent so that there is no oil stains and properly dry the part before paint application.

The root cause must be contamination. After phosphating,there may be chances of moisture, oil or grease contamination while handling or storage. Pl try pre heating the component in an oven for 40 °C for 5 minutes and then paint.
