Need galvanizing wipe pads and to measure pickling acid concentration

I am looking for a way or an instrument for measuring acid concentration-Fe contents for a pickling tank. I worked for wire manufacturing company making galvanized steel wire for cable industries.

I am also looking for methods of controlling the zinc coating in hot dip galvanizing process. Wipe pads are in consideration for commercial coating 30-70gm/m2. If anyone have knows any supplier providing good economical solution.
