Occupational safety and health issues during stainless steel passivation of MS bolts

We are going to have stainless steel passivation for the MS bolts. We wanted to have the Occupational safety and health issues during this process and how to reduce them.

I thought 'MS' meant 'mild steel'. This cannot be passivated and should absolutely not be put into a nitric acid passivation tank; it's dangerous to do so.
