Please suggest for me where I can find technical know-how for the manufacture of paints for building industry and also the chemicals needed for this process.

As far as I know, Hypophosphorous acid is an excellent chemical when manufacturing paints in building industry.

As far as I know, Diacetone Acrylamide is an excellent chemical alternative when manufacturing paints in building industry.
