Good binder for TiB2 coating on graphite?

Sir,

I am a final ME Metallurgy student, I am doing my project on TiB2 coating over graphite by brush method. please suggest suitable binder for this coating.

You can mix with phenolic resin and then brush on graphite. By the way, what is your source of getting TiB2 powder?
