Descaling of Cobalt-Chromium Alloy (L-605)

I am working in medical device manufacturing company. I want to remove scale/oxides from laser-cut cobalt-chromium (L-605) parts. What should be the acid-pickling solution for cobalt-chromium? I have tried with concentrated nitric acid at 80 C, but not get effective results. can ultrasonic generator be used for this purpose?
