Improve quality of a Hologram Master

We are one of India's leading company in the field of holography. We have a 3000 Dpi Dot-Matrix Hologram Mastering System (Chinese Origin) installed in our factory which is the only one of its' kind in India. We are looking for people who can provide us with technical know how about how to create crisp Microtext and Animated CLRs (with more than 8 frames) and also how to improve more on the quality of the final hologram master. We welcome professional consultants as well as technical persons from related field and are ready to undertake any investment this fine fine-tuning would cost.
