Need 6000 closet-pole flanges stripped and powder coated

We have pole cups (flanges) used to hold poles in closets. They are made of raw steel and have a chrome and a brass plating on them. We need to strip them (if needed) and powder coat PLATINUM color. They come closed and open they are for 1 1/4" OD poles. I have about 3000 pair (6000 pieces). I will find a picture if needed.
