Need for hydrogen de-embrittlement

Is hydrogen de-embrittlement required to case hardened component of 5 mm thickness subjected to service load of 50 kgs. This part is fitted on bonnet latch assemblt of tractors. The case depth is 0.5-0.8 hardness is 50-55 hrc.
