Powder coating peel off

I'm a machine shop foreman. I've got a big problem. The problem is, why does the powder coating also peel off after we changed the degreaser? Maybe you can give me your suggestion.

Thanks.

There are 'n' no. of reasons for that ... you have to be specific, but you can check on following points straight away :-

1. Baking Temp not given as specified by powder mfgr.
2. Air circulation in side the Oven even.
3. Calibration of your Temp. controller of your baking oven
4. High Thickness of coating.
5. Most imp. recheck on your degreasing chemical 7 its pointage maintenance, also req. temp. of it.
6.Moisture / oil content in your compress air supplied to your powder coating machine.
7. Excess coating thickness of phosphating.
