Artist need to mirror polish 10 ft x 6 ft rough stainless steel

Can anyone tell me detailed step by step (including grit sizes and type of tool e.g. belt sander, grinder, etc.) how to mirror finish a large (10'x6'x3/8 thick) flat stainless steel art project that now has a standard mill finish. Any help would be appreciated.

It is quite easy to polish the piece you mentioned. First you grind it with a 220 grit sanding belt followed by a 320 sanding belt. You then sisal buff it using the black compound abrasive. Once this is done you then polish it with a white cloth buffing wheel using the titanium oxide abrasive (the white bar). The last stage is to color buff it using the green compound abrasive. Hope this information was helpful.
