-----Protective coating for flame patina on copper without fading
I am an artist working in copper. I would like to finish more of my pieces with flame (rainbow) patina, but cannot find a finish that will allow the bright red and blue colors to remain after putting on a protective coating. I have tried absolutely every product. Nothing works. I need help!

Hi Penny,
Are you spraying clear lacquers over your artwork? Are you using a wax? It is helpful if you let the readers know exactly what you have used.
