Calculation of Surface Area

We are looking for any kind of software that can be used to calculate the SURFACE AREA for Plating Process (Gold, Silver, Ni, Cu, Zn, etc). The "approximation" and wrong surface area calculation represent a cost boost in our process (wrong running time, overplated parts, rework, labor...). Please help me.

Respectfully yours,

ElSyCa offers software for electrochemical modeling that might help. You may or may not find exactly the answers you need in Kushner's "Water and Waste Control for the Plating Shop" [adv: this book on eBay, Amazon, AbeBooks], but every shop in your position should have a copy anyway :-)
