Artist wants clear coat for glass

I am searching for a clear coat to cover lacquer based stains on glass. This needs to be water-proof, hard and durable.

Thanks!

Maybe sodium silicate. If you do a web search for "sodium silicate" (with the quotes) you will find probably more info than you can use.

Dear sir,

You may please try an epoxy clear coating or an uv curable polyurethane/epoxy for this application.
