How big a deal is a Galvanising Installation

I just read about the galvanising process and wanted to know if it is a heavy industrial process or can it be handled as a small scale installation? Size of articles envisaged is between 20' x 10'x 3'

I'm not a galvanizing expert, but until one arrives at this letter I can tell you that you need cleaning, rinsing, preflux, and the molten zinc tank, all big enough to accommodate your pieces. And it's not something that you would leave off most of the time, then flip a switch and start galvanizing; rather you need to keep it busy. Everything is relative, but I'd call it a heavy industrial process.

A galvanizing line can be like a chemical plant, but there are other systems which do not require all the pickling, fluxing etc.
