Cleaning the knobs and hinges of a camper's cupboard

I am refinishing a 70's camper trailer. I would like to know what to use on the cupboard door metal hinges? Also, the tiny cupboards, drawers couplets are brass and door knobs. Black is the color of the metal. Unk! Also, it seems a aluminum door knob is on one long drawer, what would I use on that? I have taken off all the hardware.

The brass can be cleaned with Brasso ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] or just about any brand of brass polish. The aluminum can be cleaned with Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] or similar. Unfortunately, Jacqueline, it is just difficult to recommend a proven cleaner for any items where you can't identify the metal.
