Tin plating going blackish

We regularly do tin plating over copper undercoat for brass strips. However, after a couple of days the components get faded and are getting blackish. Could you please advise me how we can improve the plating quality and solve this problem? Regards

You've haven't told us enough, Madhu. We don't know if you are doing bright acid tin or alkaline tin, or what thickness thickness. We don't know the post-treatment, if any. We don't know if the parts are rack plated or barrel plated. We don't know if this is fretting damage or if the parts are individually wrapped. We don't know if you started the line up last week or you've been plating successfully for a decade. Get back to us with some more data please.
