The American Galvanizing Association has a free preview that can be viewed on how to weld over galvanized steel. It goes into very good detail. It can be seen on the website galvanizeit.org under literature and welding galvanized steel. We have people who weld on it everyday, without incident, but they know how to work with it and are trained to do it properly.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
