This surface finishing website may be useful in the tinting question itself, Umair, but tell us how you expect the optics to work to do what you are describing. In my limited experience as an engineer, we try to avoid the mistake of starting into the engineering until the science is completely figured out, and I'm not really understanding the question yet. Thanks!
