I've personally never heard that name used for the compound, but your formula is what people in the plating industry usually call "potassium gold cyanide" or "potassium gold cyanide". The manufacturers of plating processes, and perhaps individual plating shops, would buy/use it. Cyanide is very poisonous, so you need to remind the seller about the importance of product stewardship.
