-----Need coating for excising lithium
I am looking for a surface treatment that will allow the excising of pure lithium sheet into a net shape. Currently the lithium sticks or adheres to the metallic punches and must be cleaned on a frequent basis. Is there some sort of coating that will eliminate or substantially reduce this problem?

It is possible a co-deposit of Electroless-Nickel with particles of P.T.F.E.(Teflon) might work. The Teflon provides self lubricity and is proven to enhance the cleaning capabilities of paint masking and food processing equipment.
