Prostate cancer in GM workers and those exposed to cadmium

2003

Do you know of any recent statistics of workers (GM?) that have developed prostate cancer and whether they worked with cadmium or not.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely from a concerned nurse,

Sharon Panyan

The booklet "Using Cadmium Safely" from the Cadmium Council may not have exactly the info you are looking for, but it is a good starting point toward uncovering previous studies. A paper is also available for download at www.cadmium.org/download/Cadmium.doc which references dozens of earlier studies.
