Mono/di/tri basic acid reactions

Hey, ok you must get sick of hearing the same sort of questions...but here goes. I'm investigating the activation energies of monobasic, dibasic and tribasic acids (namely: hydrochloric, sulfuric and phosphoric). I'm guessing that the more H+ available the lower the activation energy, so a tribasic will have a lower activation energy than sulfuric and the sulfuric lower than the hydrochloric. So could you please help by firstly, letting me know if thats correct, and secondly my tribasic acid took so much longer to finish reacting than my monobasic even though it has more H+ available and is less stable.

Thanks.
