This is basic chemistry and is the field of very large mining and chemical companies, so I doubt anyone will help you. But if you attempt it, you will soon discover the capital investment is far beyond what it takes to plate on plastics. If, after all you succeed, you will soon forget about plating and dedicate to basic chemistry.

PREP PdCL2-ref book. WASH 2.5G Pd with concentrated HCl for one hour. Put Pd in glass and add 13 ml con HCl and 4.5 ML conc. HNO3 cover the beaker [beakers on eBay or Amazon [affil link] to prevent dust with glass, and keep for some hours. Afterwards stir and heat over a water bath until dissolved. I believe you can use this solution for activation, after the addition of required HCl.
